At the completion of this course, the student
will be able to describe the electrical characteristics of semiconductor
diodes, SCRs and TRIACs. The student will also be able to describe
the basic steps for constructing semiconductor circuits. In addition,
the student will be able to describe the basic steps to troubleshoot
a semiconductor circuit, identify a defective semiconductor device,
and repair a semiconductor circuit.
