Information
At the completion of this course, the student
will be able to: describe the use of decimal, octal, binary, and
hexadecimal numbering systems; explain the use of BCD and ASCII
codes in digital electronic circuits; and describe positive and
negative logic as related to digital electronic circuits. The student
will also be able to determine the appropriate digital circuit outputs
from specified inputs, and construct simple digital circuits. In
addition, the student will be able to describe the basic steps for
troubleshooting and repairing digital circuits.
